Our Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you order from SALESTE'. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@saleste.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@saleste.shop with photos and your order number. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
